"Just don't do it. We lived here for three years and it seemed like there was nonstop issues. We moved into an apartment that was not very clean. One of their selling points is the gated community aspect but yet the gate was nonfunctional for over half of our three year time there. Someone was just killed recently due to an attempted robbery which might not have happened if there was a functional gate. Our electronic lock (which is another of their selling points) for our door stopped working. For a week we had to walk around the building to the back door to get in and had to remind the office several times about it. They finally put a regular key lock on and for the next 7 months we lived there, they never put another electronic lock on the door. So two of their main selling points just didn't work and yet we still were paying premium price. A few months before we left, the apartment next to us was left trashed and abandoned with the door open and a foul smell coming from it. It was like that for a week before we went up to the office to complain about it. All they did was close the door. It was like that for weeks before finally getting cleaned. Then all the trash from the inside got thrown out in front of the door and ours and was there for days before getting cleaned. When we finally had enough of the issues and the rent raises every year, we left and got charged 340 dollars for a cleaning fee. Just don't do it. You will be charged premium price for a subpar apartment."

"I rented this unit for over 4&1/2 years for weekend stays during the fall and occasional overnight stays in the spring and summer. Initially, I was very pleased with the complex but can honestly say it has declined in recent years. It was nice, quiet and clean complex that was managed well at one time. Over the past year, noise level was not being controlled, tenants have been putting trash in common areas and grounds not maintained for use properly. To cap it all off, prior to moving out, the unit was cleaned and in tip top shape as it had been used minimally during time there, but a charge of $200 was assessed for cleaning. There were some maintenance issues in the unit that I feel were not addressed properly where a few personal items were damaged. I let this go and now regret that. Sad to say, I cannot recommend this property in current condition and management state."

"They moved me into an apartment that they didn’t clean or make any repairs from the previous tenant; they knew I was moving from out-of-state and blindsided me with walking into a filthy and mostly non-functional apartment. The refrigerator was missing the shelves and glass, the garbage disposal was broken, the stove was damaged and burnt, the dishwasher was leaking, the bedroom doorknob fell off when I tried to close the door, there are large smears and stains on the walls throughout the apartment, the washer is broken, there was feces on the toilet seat, pubic hairs in the tub, dust throughout the apartment, bugs present in the apartment, no valet trash bin to take my trash out, and more. Everything that you can picture going wrong with an apartment went wrong, and the only excuse management bothered to give is that they didn’t know I was moving in on the date that was in the lease THEY provided to ME. I have been here for a month now, and I have had to call several times just for them to say they’re going to come out to make repairs, then not show up, and yet they still had a bill on my account for the items I could not use. Even today a month in, I have not been able to do laundry in this apartment, and all the property manager could give to me is the same excuses as always is that they’re going to come out followed by her hanging up in my face. I absolutely encourage any unsuspecting people to save yourself your time, money, and energy and move elsewhere. You will pay luxury level prices for your stay, but you will receive anything but….deeply disappointed and counting the days that my lease ends."

"I lived here from 2021 to 2023 and for the most part the staff was nice. In August of 2023 the upstairs apartment flooded and my ceiling leaked from 8pm until 8am, 12 hours!!! I called after hours maintenance 4 times and they never came! I had to literally sit in my car and flag down the manager as she walked the property randomly early the next morning. They promised to clean my mattress which got damp and they never did. My apartment smelled of wet carpet and mildew for a week and they never offered a concession and to top it all off the water from the ceiling damaged my tv and they refused to cover it! The manager told me to file it on my insurance and I called the regional office left a message and got no return call. The apartment manager saw me and said the regional office got my message and would return my call yet they NEVER did. The walls are thin and my neighbors smoked which by the way is prohibited yet they did it anyway. Im happy to be leaving even though they owe me for a tv."
