"Got a terrible haircut, not even what I wanted. Showed Athena what I wanted (simple taper) and besides the haircut which I’ll get to later, she seemed very annoyed about having to stay late, her dad not getting there on time, and various other things. Onto the haircut, I wanted a taper and showed her a previous haircut I got at this location from another stylist (not sure the name) which did a nice job and told her I wanted the same thing. She continued to give me a bald fade which looks atrocious. Not only is a bald fade not what I wanted, it’s not even around the back and looks even patchy in some areas. In addition to that, she shaved the back of my head way too high. In the reference pictures, I had a nice tapered neckline whereas with the bald fade, it’s like she buzzed my who neck and half my head. I know that’s mostly what a bald fade is, but it’s not what I asked for."
"They do NOT do what you ask for. There hasn’t been a single time where they have accomplished cutting MY hair the way that I want it to be cut. I tell them exactly what I want to every detail and it’s like they just ignore it and do what they want. i mean seriously, i’m paying for MY hair and they just do whatever they want? if you want a barber who will actually do your hair the way you want, i wouldn’t come here, ill be wearing a hat for the next month."

"All around exceptional service at the highest level is what you can expect when you get your haircut at Sport Clips on W Carmel Dr. Every barber here takes what they do seriously and I have yet to be let down! Not to mention I’m always treated with respect while being able to joke around and catch up with the wonderful staff I’ve gotten to know. 10/10 experience overall"
