"Horrible experience today, on 10/10/23, around 1830 PM at this location. This guy, with a little beard, a little heavyset, has extremely extremely rude behavior, and an attitude like he is David Beckham. He claimed he is the manager of this branch. He claimed his name is Jay, which I doubt. Highly unwelcoming, and would not want to even see a customer, leave alone cut their hair . A highly human phobic person. I have been with Great Clips beyond 11 years now and this is the worst person I have ever seen so far. He would not even share who is senior to him that I can talk to directly. Run away if you see him working. Don’t let him even come out of the back closet."

"I don’t usually post negative reviews, but I have to with this haircut. I had been trimming my own hair for years because of the experience I had at this salon. When I went in, my hair was almost to my butt. I did not want any length cut off, I just wanted long layers so that my hair wasn’t so plain. Mind you, I have extremely thick hair so I understand it can be difficult to cut. I probably sat in that chair for over an hour. Towards the end of the cut, the hairstylist asked another hairstylist to help her. She said she was intimidated by my long, thick hair. After she had already ruined my hair… I got hopeful thinking the other hairstyle would help but she didn’t. When I left I noticed how choppy and uneven it was. I got one layer that was completely uneven and INCHES cut off of my hair. If the hairstylist had just been honest saying she couldn’t do it, i would have understood. Now I have to pay to go get it fixed by someone else and am very disappointed. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone but a man."

"Very hit or miss... two stars because I usually have a good experience and a good hair cut. There are some very talented people there. But the last few times I've gone, I haven't been as happy with the results. This past time, the girl was nice but seemed very absent minded. I asked for 2 inches off and layers starting around my jawline. She only did one layer in front of my ears, nothing around the back. When I asked her to do it all around she seemed put out. Did something that I couldn't even see and called it invisible layers. Idk, I don't know all the styles but that's not what I asked for. I feel like I look worse than when I came in, minus the split ends. I look like my 6 year old took a chunk out of my hair on one side only. Very disappointed. Made a bad day worse for me. I feel bad for posting a negative review because she was nice, but I wasted my time and money, and now I'm going to have to spend more to get it fixed elsewhere. Tipped anyway because that's what you do, I guess. I don't think I'll be going there again, unfortunately."
