"My long, thick, hair needed major TLC. My appointment with Emma was stellar from start to finish! First and foremost, she listens!!! She started by asking what my goals were, then showed me a variety of pictures, and we discussed what I liked and didn't like about them. After that, we had a plan --- she was meticulous about wanting my color and cut to be perfect, and it was. At every step she asked for my input, and she worked wonders with my thick, color-resistant, graying hair. I'm sure she spent more time than she actually had with me, and the result was just gorgeous (She is a very nice person also.)!!! The salon is beautiful, spacious, and well-designed; the atmosphere is welcoming and unpretentious. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the salon is warm and inviting. Dianna is so professional and while she is an amazing stylist she is an even better teacher for her staff.
