"Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I’m getting ready to leave for a beach vacation and now I’m embarrassed to wear sandals. I wanted to treat me and my daughter to pedicures which is an annual thing before we go on vacation and it literally looks like a child did my nails. There is no shaping whatsoever. The gel is all over my toes. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because my daughter loves hers. I will never go back there."
"This is my absolute favorite and only salon I will go to. I moved to Franklin late 2022 and went for a full set. Since then I am back every 2 weeks without fail. Expert Nails has amazing customer service, a clean/organized establishment, and skilled/talented people. I’m extra and always ask for a design, again without fail, it’s always the most beautiful design work. The attention to detail is unmatched. I recommend Expert Nails to everyone! If you’re looking for somewhere new, look no further. This is your new place!"
