"The pharmacist and her team are very rude and condescending. I have never been treated so rudely as I have in this pharmacy. Walmart General Manager was notified and nothing was done and treated the same by GM. Pharmacist verbally abused wife over the phone by calling her names. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY."
"The employees were helpful and friendly, but there were only self checkouts open. There wasn't one register open. This was fine for me, even though I had a large order, but I felt bad for the older people who weren't comfortable with it."
"I had the greatest experience in a long time. We actually had a lot of stuff in the cart. So we thought let’s have an actual cashier check us out. Well, Matt, on Checkout #1, in Franklin, on 01/20/24 at about 1030 in the afternoon You Crushed it. His friendly demeanor, casual conversation, attentiveness and just charming personality renewed my faith in humanity. Well Done Sir."

"Franklin Walmart definitely has better stocked shelves than other nearby locations. It's always busy here but seems that cleanliness is above average. As all Walmarts they could hire more staff in the front checkout area. The employees on duty were working very hard to meet the needs of all the customers. I give the front employees 5 starts for hustling!! But overall I give this Walmart only 3. Come on Walmart, you can do better..."
