"honestly, i’ve tried three times in the past month calling and even trying to walk in. they’re closed when their hours say they’re open on the door, google, AND maps. i can never get anyone to answer snd they would be closed at 1pm on a thursday, when their hours are 9am to 8pm. it just doesn’t make sense. i tried to call today AND walk in, at 5:30 on tuesday. and they’re closed, when it’s again, 9am to 8pm. i can’t even leave a good review on their services because i’m not able to experience their services.."

"I just had my first experience with Brian Leslie Salon and I had the greatest experience! Super nice people and great atmosphere! I called a few salons around Franklin, but no one answered or returned my call. Brian and Leslie Salon did and they were super nice and professional about scheduling me an appointment and answering all my questions. Very pleased over all in the experience and I'm loving my new hairstyle! Also, Olivia took care of me. She's super sweet and very good at what she does, I highly reccomend her and this salon! Definitely going back for my next salon needs!"

"Great place! They are very professional but personable. I loved my hair afterward. The pampering will keep me going back though. I love the old rustic building with a modern decor. It smells heavenly in there. Definitely a favorite but I heard my hair dresser had moved!! Boooo I'd trust the other girls, I've watched them with other clients and they all seemed pleased. Good variety of services."
