"Daughter had a appointment for June 6 2020. She made the appointment on Facebook and they sent her a confirmation. She arrived for her hair appointment and they told her that they don’t have her in there book. She shows them her confirmation on the phone and they just said sorry we can reschedule you a month from now? I guess with elite the customer is always wrong and they don’t respect there customers. I told my family it is time to find a new salon that respects there customers. Such bad business. They could at lest try to do something for her."

"Not happy!! I only wanted about 2-3 inches off my hair. Gave free range of the layers to Jenn. My hair was in the middle of my back and now it's to the top of my sholders in the back and a little longer in the front I told her that my hair is shorter than what I wanted! She took over 6" off. I will not be returning to the salon at all. Do not recommend this salon."
