"The technician was very sweet but I am extremely disappointed with the service. The extensions were not isolated or applied correctly. Multiple fans were attached to single lashes which is extremely unhealthy for the natural lash, too much glue was used causing noticeable buildup in areas (when asked about this the technician said it just happens…it doesn’t), the lack of isolation and overuse of adhesive also caused natural lashes to stick together. This is damaging to the natural lash and was very painful. No mapping was done even though I informed the tech of the length and style I wanted. The service took 30 minutes. When done properly, this service should have take. 60-90 minutes. After leaving, I had to go to a different salon to have the lashes removed and an entire new set placed. This was unexpected time and money. Would not recommend unless the technician received more education on proper lash placement ensuring the health of the natural lashes."

"I found this gem through Groupon. Since it was close and the ratings were good, I booked a lash appointment with Lori. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I was to happen upon that deal. This salon is family owned and run. You walk in and feel the positive energy. Lori is happy to tell you the history of their journey (it is a good story, ask to hear it) while applying the perfect doll eye. This is not a place to sleep on. Go and check out all of the available services."
