"This was the most horrific place I’ve ever gotten Arcrylics from. I came in, showed a picture and got NOTHING similar to what I wanted. The lady was incredibly aggressive with the hand massage, made me bleed from cutting my cuticles and after asking her why they’re uneven she proceeded to do my nails. I called when I got home to see if I could get a refund or a reshaping/repainting and they told me they don’t do refunds and would charge me more for reshaping/repainting. The manager is INCREDIBLY unprofessional, the place is HORRIBLE, the job they do is DISGUSTING and the vibe is anything but relaxing. If I could give a place 0/5 I would because i have never felt more humiliated in my life."
