"The management is absolutely above and beyond. We had an issue I was trying to figure out after booking through a third party, where the third party made the original situation even worse.. Long story short, Comfort Inn fixed the problem the problem AND helped us even further to address the original dilemma. They did not have to do this but chose to help make my life a little easier. Would absolutely recommend :) Thank you again!"
"The staff was very kind. He wouldn’t refund me my money but he did move me to a better room. However, this hotel is disgusting. It smells like mold on the floors where the rooms are. My first room had boogers smeared on the headboard, the toilet seat had seemingly never been cleaned, was literally vile and when I pulled the bedspread back there were multiple living bugs. The second room was a drastic improvement but only because the first one was so bad. Cannot recommend this place."
"Stayed at this motel for 20 days. The service was always good. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast was pre good too. Convenient location. Road contruction was a bit inconvenient but was able to work around it. The kitchenette was severely lacking utensils. Plates. Cups etc so they could do a lot better stocking this room. Overall was very happy."
"The front desk person Autum was rude and not at all professional. The manager was very friendly and helped me with no problem. The hotel was great, clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. Other than the check in person Autum my stay was great. She needs to find another job if she is not happy with her job or doesn’t want to deal with the public."
"Great place and people. Picked it because we could walk to U of A for home coming and football. A bit of a stroll but not bad. Everything was perfect. Great breakfast no extra charge. Had munchies evening before game and deco for Bama. All of desk people were great. This is now our favorite hotel. Some road construction in area, butvno problem. Plenty of guest parking ."
