"We hired all my sons to move us a couple weeks ago. While we understand that things happen and sometimes things get broken, we had multiple items broken and messed up. We paid for insurance just for the reason of mistakes happening so we could be covered. Since the move, we have made many attempts to call and also email to see what can be done with no response. Especially with my daughter’s dresser that had the drawer panel cracked and infixable. Several pictures broken and they never said a word but almost like they attempted to hide it. We would like some communication so we can see exactly what we paid for with insurance."

"This company deserves 100 stars! I contacted them 1 week in advance before the move and everything was performed so perfectly from the very beginning when Caleb came out to assess the the home to the end when Jerry (Supervisor) decided to turn a wrong into a right! The real shoutout goes to the moving team!! Amanda, Kary, Chris and James! They were all very professional and fun to work with! I will definitely use them again and again!!"
"Update 7/18/23: I spoke with the new owner of the Mobile office, Walter. He informed me they would not be honoring the refunded offered by the co-owner, Jimmy. He stated that I am no longer “their customer” and I needed to reach out to their claims department. It’s sad when a company pretends to do the right thing then doesn’t follow through with it. Why would you proactively reach out to one of your clients, offer them a refund then decide not to follow through? Please consider this before using this company. UPDATE 7/10/23: I was contacted by the co-owner based on the review below. He said they would be refunding me roughly $800 in service fees and also helping with my damages. Unfortunately, he never followed through with his proposal and is impossible to contact. It has now been over a month since I’ve heard anything from him. Continued disappointment from a very unprofessional company. Initial Review: BEWARE! I was quoted for a 6 hour (3 hours to load and 3 hours to unload) move within town with 4 movers. The move took place of 4/1/23. The entire move ended up taking 15 hours. One of the movers quit (was fired per other movers) half way through the move. They also showed up with no tools and only one dolly. The couldn’t fit everything on the truck due to poor placement so we had to make two trips. I was told they only needed 3/4 of a truck. I ended up renting my own truck to move 40+ boxes they couldn’t fit. This resulted in a bill of over $3,000 which included overtime pay (which wasn’t agreed upon). Without payment, they wouldn’t unload the moving truck meaning I couldn’t access my belongings. Most of the movers were new to the company and still learning the ropes. This along with being unprepared resulted in a significantly longer move.I ended up helping them move the last few items to speed things up. After the move, we found multiple damaged items including walls, floors, doors and furniture. This was due to the moves not using door, wall or stairwell protection that was shown during the sales process (it was also included in my quote). As of today (5/24/23) I haven’t received payment for these damages. Don’t get tricked like we did!"
"I was completely ripped off! And on top of that, many of my valuable and sentimental belongings are gone or damaged. I don’t even know where to begin. I have moved many times and several long distance moves. Coast to coast as well as a move to Hawaii and a move to and from Australia. This move is BY FAR the worst and most traumatic for me all due to the handling of All My Sons. I was told by three different moving companies that came to my house and office that my things would fit in one large and one medium POD. So to be safe, I ordered two large. The day of moving, I was hit with a prepay demand of over $5,000 far more than I was quoted but was told it was for packing supplies. This was just the cost to load my two PODS. I had to pay for the PODS and the unloading on top of that. I had no choice because I had to be out so I literally was crying and shaking as I handed then my card. But thinking well at least my things will be very well cared for and protected so maybe it is worth it. At the end of the day, I was told they couldn’t fit MANY of my most prized and valuable possessions. Three statues, two modular sofas, a desk, mini fridge, among many other things. I was absolutely shocked. I had to literally give away some very expensive items not to mention the sentimental component attached to my deceased husband on many of those items. Upon arriving, when the movers at my destination began unloading the PODS, first of all they couldn’t get the doors open at first because things had shifted so much. They couldn’t believe when I told them professionals had loaded them. They packed them so loosely that of course everything moved. It was obvious when it took just 40 minutes to open the door (which took a long time) and unload the entire pod, that they definitely didn’t even try to pack it tightly and easily could have fit a lot more in there. Imagine my frustration realizing I could have had the items I was forced to give away. Additionally, several items weren’t even wrapped or protected in any way! Therefore many of my expensive furniture pieces arrived broken and/or damaged/marked. Zero furniture pads or blankets like we had discussed. I couldn’t believe it and neither could my movers here. I feel I deserve a huge refund of at least the “packing materials.” Had I known they weren’t going to protect my furniture at all, I’d never have agreed to pay this. Also, I still cannot find the hardware for my bed. I am staying in a hotel since we cannot put my bed together. I called the bed manufacturer to send me a list. I’m going to try to find them at a hardware store. They used packing/box tape directly on my fragile valuables. I’ve never heard of this. It’s impossible to get off so I have started a huge table top with all of the thinks I need to soak to get the pieces of tape off my dishes etc. I should add that the unloading only cost $600!! In Southern California where everything is more expensive. That tells you how lightly packed my PODS were. I will never get over having to give away so many invaluable items. This $600 including them helping me arrange items, put things together, they even fixed the gate on my fence. I’ve tried to call and discuss these concerns but can never get through to anyone. I also sent an email to the email address I see in response to another review here but have yet to hear back."
