"super rude and honestly foolish. couple days ago, i brought my clothes in and my sisters clothes, and asked an employee for the fill out form. she watched me fill it out, and i put my id number for both orders (because we live together, i just wanted to keep our earnings separated) and when i came to pick it up, i told them i was here for me and my sisters clothes. one girl behind the counter goes “what?? you shouldn’t have done that” and i said “an employee literally watched me fill it out and didn’t say there was any issue.” and she said “well your sister has to come in and get it” and i said “how do you even know she’s my sister if my ID is on the order?” and she crosses the ID number and says “it’s fine i crossed out the ID” lol what’s the point of asking for an ID if you don’t check?? and or just anyone can come get the order? i guess that girl wanted to feel some superiority by making my sister come up to get her clothes herself but this made zero sense. today me and my sister came up to pick up our clothes and they rolled their eyes at me lolll stop hiring children"
"TERRIBLE place to sell your items too. I brought a $300 kate spade purse and they gave me $10 for it.. Then I also brought a kate spade wallet and they only gave me $9. Terrible f place. Never coming back. Do not recommend!!!!"
"This is the third time I have come here to sell some nice. Stuff only offered me 11 whole dollars I wouldn't waste my time if I knew the are crazy and lost there mind ..note to whoever I paid 149 for 1 pair of shoes I wouldn't buy toilet paper from them they probably charge 90 $ for 1 sheet"
"This is a fairly good store when you want to shop for clothes, shoes, handbags and accessories like some cute jewelry. They have stuff for men and women. They have nice brands and good prices and you can visit a fitting room to try on clothes before purchase. The staff seemed nice and efficient at check out."
