"Please do not use this vendor. We purchase a used washer two weeks ago. When delivered it did not work. Vendor has been out several times to fix and offered to replace with another one. We eventually purchased a new one and requested the the vendor to pick up washer and return money. Have not picked up the washer or returned money. Vendor makes promises he will be by to pick up merchandise but never shows up. He has not picked up the merchandise and will not respond to messages. All you get is promises. Seek info from lawyer to file in court. Will most likely cost more however intend to make a point."
"Late posting but he is horrible. He have good intentions but don’t know how to repair refrigerators. First it took him two weeks to come out. I waited because he was recommended. When he did he took the funds without even seeing was the fridge getting cold. When I got home; water had leaked out my fridge and it wasn’t cold. He returned three days later and said it need coolant. He stayed behind my fridge on the floor over an hour appearing to be just resting. But stayed he was putting in the coolant. Finally I told him he could get up and he left. I was so upset until I went to Lowe's and bought me new fridge. Some guys picked up the old fridge and said it needed minor repairs."
"They sold my mom a broken freezer. The top wouldn't freeze and they knew it. They told her it was the new style refrigerator with the freezer on bottom and being that she is an older lady she didn't know any better and that it was an upright freezer that didn't work properly. Shame on these people for taking advantage of her, she wasted $125 because "all sales are final" even when I confronted them."
