"I’m not sure who to fault for my troubles that I have had with Childcare south, I have circumstances that are a little different than most people so I feel there should be some guidelines or policies in place for everyone with special circumstances. I have Sickle Cell it’s a disease that causes me to be sick frequently where I have to be hospitalized for sometimes weeks at a time. So when it came time for me to do my recertification I had been in the hospital so the days that they wanted me to provide check stubs for I didn’t have a check for that week because I was in the hospital, so I lost my childcare benefits which meant I had to pay for daycare out of pocket until I couldn’t anymore then I had to make other arrangements, I feel there should be policies and procedures in place for my situation, just because I’m ill and out of work for a week or 2 doesn’t mean I don’t have a job. I hope 1 day they fix the problem. And get me a case worker a little more compassionate about her job I won’t say her name but I feel she could use some better on the job training."
