"I only give 2 stars bc my son has learned a lot from there. With that being said this daycare is very unreliable and will close down constantly at last minute and still expect you to pay for services. My daughter is going into middle school so when they messaged about them closing the last 2 weeks of summer I had told them that she will no longer be going there. They still charged me for her and refused to let my son attend bc I “owed a balance” bc I didn’t fill out a withdrawal form. With them being closed I had no way to fill out a form."

"Not a reliable daycare at all. They close the entire daycare at a drop of a hat for weeks at a time with absolutely no notice. Just recently, They notified parents yesterday afternoon that they were closing the daycare beginning today, the rest of this week and all of next week. There is no way for a parent to hold a job and send their children to this daycare."

"My experience with TWCC has been nothing short of amazing. My 4 yr old absolutely loves it there. She loves her teacher and the staff. She walks straight in with no hesitation. They are strict on behavior which I love. I want my child to be disciplined when she does wrong bc I would do they same if she was under my supervision. They also teach your children and dont have them watching tv all day or have them outside all day bc they dont want to deal with them. They incorporate the bible with educational knowledge . I cant say anything negative. They dont close for weeks at a time like most daycares do for holidays .Unless covid requires them too... All around great facility ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Update: 11/23/20. There is a new director and a new pastor. Things have changed significantly. They close at the drop of a hat. We were notified at 7:15 pm on a Sunday night that they were closing for Thanksgiving week due to someone being exposed to Covid. I understand precautions but to shut the entire facility down was insane. If I can't put my children in daycare, I can't work. I have missed more work due to no childcare this year than anything. Lots of the people we loved are no longer there. I don't know all of the circumstances but I can name 7 people who left right after the new administration took over. Over all they are still a great daycare but they are not reliable at all. I reduced my rating to two stars strictly for the unprofessionalism of canceling at the last minute. I hope things change back to the way they were when childcare was their first priority. Great facility. We've been notified of any scratches or accidents. My two grandsons attend after school care here and they love it."

"They have such an amazing staff and organization all around. They offer extracurricular activities for an affordable price as well. Their in class curriculum is amazing and my daughter thrived in this school. I dont think we'll ever find a day care as good as TWC! I recommend that anyone moving to mobile or looking for a great preschool/daycare to choose to put your child in this amazing school!"
