"They suck. Furniture didn't last 2 years. Their warranty company Gaurdian is almost impossible to work with, took months to get a claim approved. Now they are trying g to charge me taxes on a piece of furniture that is a warranty."
"I purchased a mattress and I've had it around six months or so and it began to sag. I had no problem with the exchange. I had the insurance and the warranty. They were very nice and helping me and were able to help me exchange it and get what I needed, I didn't think I needed a neither adjustable base a few months later but I did. I didn't get the adjustable base from them but I will go back to Hanks and get one. They're wonderful people to do business with."
