"We were greeted by the front desk clerk, Angela, who works the 3-11pm shift. She was extremely nice, accommodating, and helpful. She took the time to suggest places to eat, and even told us how to get there! During our stay, anything we needed, she provided. I honestly think she should be a supervisor. I’d give the service she provided us FIVE STARS!"

"Lavonne and Joseph were excellent in all areas of service. We felt well taken care of and treated with exceptional professionalism and respect. We felt as though we were special, not just a room number, as with many other travel situations. "Joseph, the bartender, was friendly, professional, made great drinks. His waiter responsibilities were accomplished with an eye for detail. He asked a few times to clarify the order he was taking with our large group. This, the food was good and the service was without mistake. The front desk staff was focus on great customer service correcting mistakes of the airlines. Even the cleaning staff was friendly was welcoming!"

"It was my second stay at this location and I will stay here from now on anytime I am visiting Mobile. The property has a great location near I65 but not directly next to it, so there is little noise from traffic. The parking lot is quite large and very well lit at night with several handicap spots. And it is always very well kept. They also provide a shuttle van service to the airport. The lobby is beautiful and kept pristine and has a drink/snack area that is well stocked. The rooms are big and look updated and well cleaned. The front desk and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The night clerk Angela is absolutely wonderful. She was on duty the first time I stayed and was just a joy to speak with. When I walked in this time she remembered me and said I kept my word about coming back. The morning staff are also quite pleasant and the owner, Chris, who I met on my first visit was very nice."

"I never take the time to write reviews and I’m in hotels about 150 nights a year. This property is clean and well kept. But the shining star of this property is the bartender named Joseph. Truly one of a kind. He was friendly with everyone and food orders came out properly. His smile and laugh made everyone feel like he had known them for years and were warmly welcomed back. If IHG had more people like Joseph I would consider switching my Hilton diamond status. You need more just like him. I hope this is shared with him and he is properly recognized."
