"Stayed during Madi Gras. Great location and the front desk staff absolutely wonderful… the rooms were good.. housekeeping horrible… sheets were dirty… bathroom dusty. No trash can s… carpet stained … Because of the front desk staff I might try again but the housekeeping team needs to be replaced."
"Very nice. The staff amazing!!! We checked in with Mr. Jr he gave us lots of information on things to do. Mr. Sr was there late in the evening he was very nice. The shuttle service to the port was very prompt. Both drivers were great!!!! I recommend this hotel especially to those cruising. I will definitely stay again whenever we cruise out of the port there."
"Wonderful hotel for a cruise departure from Mobile. Michele checked us in and was a wonderful professional. The next morning she boarded us into our shuttle to the port with a terrific sense of order and compassion. If you've ever boarded a shuttle first come first serve is miserable... She was organized and awesome. This hotel helped us to start our vacation as soon as we arrived in Mobile!"
"We stayed here the night before our cruise and the service all around was great! The ability to park and get shuttled timely from hotel to port was worth whatever it cost. Gerald at the front desk was awesome. He remembered us from staying last year when we came for our brother's funeral. He was professional and lively and spontaneous and all the things that make a great host a great host which includes a genuine smile. The shuttle drivers were the best. I wish I had gotten their names! They were great drivers and really knowledgeable about that port which made getting in and out a breeze."
"We used this location prior to a cruise. Service was great and the rooms were nice and clean. They allow you to park your vehicle for the time planned for cruises for a small additional fee, well worth it. They shuttled our group to dinner and picked us up. Departure morning, they loaded groups up and shuttled to the harbor. On disembarkation, the picked groups up and brought us right back to our vehicles. No problem whatsoever."
