"There is things to work on. The facility is allowing people to party in the parking lot at 11:00 pm and yell in the hallways at 1:00 pm. The lady at the front desk will not answer the phone for any customer service and you have to walk down if you need something. I have had questions about how we were asked to check in. My husband was made to email pictures of his drivers license and debit card to the hotel email. I've never had to do this. Then my sister in law wasn't asked to when she checked in? I would here again from what I have experienced but probably wouldn't be my 1st choice. It's also very noisy from the I-65 interstate. Three stars because it's clean and the breakfast was good, faculty seemed nice, just not a restful or well controlled facility."

"The staff was so kind. We arrived early, but the manager on duty got us into a room as quickly as possible. The room was clean, the breakfast was standard for Holiday Inn Express. There was some minor traffic noise, but nothing major."
"Nicest of the choices in the area. Staff was kind. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was decent. The area of Pine Bluff was very run down and boarded up. Pool was closed at the time. Nice water pressure in showers, beds were eh. We all woke up with pretty sore backs."
