"Fellow drivers Mike’s parents was like some very positive. I checked in several hours early you park out on the street walk your paperwork up they call you with a door I was out by the time my appointment it only took three hours but while talking to Kapstone supervisor he said there are people that can come in and have 30 pallets but why not being 100+ pallets and all of those pallets have to be checked in and put up before Driver can be let go so that’s why it could take an extremely long time which is not there Service it’s the load and a little breakdown so if you come in you’re expecting to leave quickly, you have to find out what kind of low to bring in and what is the breakdown and sometimes you can call and find that out. Good luck be safe drivers."
"Days are different, I have apt9am got here 00:20 am and check in right away, I got a door by 4:40am I was out600am people out there are friendly. They have plenty room by the side of the road to park for the night, park there and go check in by the security guard! Good luck !"
"Will take all day to unload even with early appointment, filthy trashed place with rudest and slowest employees. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!"
"Slow like every place that uses lumpers. Got in fairly quick, sent bill while they were still unloading. Waited an hour for bills to be ready, never got the message, lady at check in was gone on break ot lunch. after she finally got back no bills, the lumper guy running around trying to find them. still sitting outside waiting half hour later. Will never understand how minimum wage store employees run tighter ships than people you have to pay to unload"
"They dont follow your apt. Need to walk to the guard check in and they will call you in about 4to 5h unloading slow. As every food delivery/pickup be ready to stay half day.i."
