Dollar General

"11/17/2022 I decided to go in this establishment to get some condiments for my salad. I was on my 15 minute break. Well I stood in front ready to check out for 5 minures. Yell to the back 3 times to let them know I was ready. Actually, I said, Hello, I am ready now. Three times. I knocked on the counter. Nobody said anything. I tried to use the self checkout but someone rung their items but didn't pay for them. Thwn I yelled, can someone come check me out. The lady said in a second. By this time I have been in front for 10 minutes. Then she came walking slowly taking her time. She didn't speak or made no type of acknowledgement just started ringing me up. Tge a guy walked in saying he left some items behind. She stopped ringing me up to look for it. I asked could she finish me then look. Again she said nothing just kept looking them handed him the bag and started back ringing me up. I was furious that I just walked out without buying nothing."

"Update: The credit/debit machine has been down for weeks now & per the employee, there doesn’t seem to be any rush to fix it. - The system didn’t give me the option to put in my number so I asked the cashier to remove the items so I could see if it would pop up on the 2nd time. Even said I would get back in line so I wouldn’t hold up the line for others. She flat out said “No, I’m not ringing up all this stuff again.” I only had 6 items. So in addition to the shelves never being stocked, there’s also poor customer service."

"Alexis is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. If I can give this Dollar General a negative 0 I would have. Alexis needs a class on proper business etiquette and professionalism. I will be reaching out to cooperate soon."

"I love the store on Old Selma but this morning was the worst experience. I will never spend my money at this location again. The young lady was not attentive at all, made me wait until she had time to check me out and then had the nerve to make a smart and extremely rude comment under her breathe as I was exiting the store. Bad day, cycle, hate your job...not my fault. I filed an official complaint with the corporate office because I'm a adult and did not deserve any of that nonsense and I heard exactly what she said."

"So today I had to pick up some dog food.I thought would be a fast in and out trip.waited in line after trying to find unblocked isle to go down. When it was my turn to check out Store Manager closes her register and left me standing there. So I turned around and her assistant and walking away from her register. So needless to say won't be going there again until they get new Management. I filed a formal complaint but not expecting anything to be done. Sad really."
