"Been a Sams member for years. Over the last 2 or 3 years the meat quality has really gone down hill. Quit buying rib eyes here because of this. Changed my mind and bought some on 2/9/24, along with some sirloins. Most grisslle filled prices of meat I have ever tried to eat. Used to be one of the best places in town to get steaks. No more. Save your money and buy steaks elsewhere."
"I haven’t had any issues with customer service or the staff, but I’ve had a problem with the vanilla Premier Protein shakes; it was spoiled not just once, but three times or more. Fortunately, I was able to return them to customer service."
"Saturday night, around 6:45…I picked up a very large, very HEAVY order! And Amanda was the member that was tasked with helping me load my car. She was absolutely a JOY!! She didn’t want me to have to help. But I wasn’t about you make her lift my heavy items alone! We were getting close to closing time, and I know she was tired. But she didn’t show it! "A variety of well priced merchandise. A good time to shop is early morning. They are not organized with service at afternoons and the first of the month. They also now make you pay on you charge card bills at these lines. I was turned away at the Service Desk even though no Other customers were there."
"Well stocked. Worse part is long lines but I guess that can't be avoided if you have slow cashiers. It's good as long as you don't need help because the employees don't know anything and they're hard to find."
