"I was able to find what I needed however the checkout line was really long and they needed more cashiers to check people out."
"My 2 year old daughter was holding a pink ball while sitting in the shopping cart. An employee came up to us and said she had to take the ball away from her & put it at the counter if we did not intend to purchase it. We were allowing our kids to pick one thing at the store to purchase and the ball was a contender so we told them we were going to buy it. Our little girl was not throwing or dropping the ball, she was quietly sitting with it. I have no idea what prompted the power trip but taking the ball from our toddler, for absolutely no reason, would have likely caused her to cry and make our shopping experience miserable- even if we weren’t considering buying it. Our kids ended up wanting to trade the ball for a candy instead. We took the ball to the counter instead of leaving it on a random shelf. The employee that attempted to take the ball from us slammed another ball on the checkout counter and said “they said they’re buying the ball, use this price for it” we then informed them that the kids changed their minds and we could overhear the ball police bad mouthing us to another worker while we finished checking out. All of this happened in front of our 4 young children. It was a really bizarre way to bully a customer."

"I am a disabled woman with an autistic son, my child me, and two other disabled women of color were waiting over 20 minutes to get into the bathroom. All of us were disabled. The women here have no problem not caring about their job if you have to use the restroom or you have a problem this is definitely not the place to go, and they should lose their jobs frankly I’ve been to Ross I don’t expect friendliness, but I expected more."
