"Not a very good experience there. There had to be 8 people working that day. We were looking for a TV. Stood in that area for at 30 minutes before some young boy waited on us. He was not very knowledgeable and had to get a manager. The TV we wanted to see a picture of wasn't plugged in and couldn't get it plugged in for us to see the picture quality. Very poor customer service."

"Nice my son gave Mr. Danny five stars and so do I because he is so nice and helpful. I walked in for starlink and left with all the appliances we need, interest free. And explained all the deals and promotions: I’m so thankful for him. He was so engaging and nice. It’s only his 6th day so knowledgeable. I know where I’m gonna go when I need electronics."

On my recent visit, I had arrived for a pickup order that wasn't ready, and Peter went above and beyond to address the situation. "With the limited staff that works here they are phenomenal. They work very hard to assist everyone that comes in the store. There is a labor shortage so please be patient and they will assist you as soon as possible. Just like other retailers they allow and condone theft, which in turn makes all the prices go up on everything. The company pressures their employees to obtain memberships that doesn't really benefit anyone but the company. This store needs a janitorial company really bad. The bathrooms never have toilet paper they smell like piss the walls are nasty there's never any soap to wash your hands. No paper towels to dry your hands. They have blow dryers for your hands which does nothing but spread germs. The carpets never get vacuumed and the floors never get mopped. The staff does the best they can, but after being on their feet all day they're tired and ready to go home and relax. In closing I would like to tell Best Buy corporate executives that you suck at running a business!"

"Movie selection limited these days. I like the tangibility of a disc and download code. Tv selection and prices good. Nice employees in the store were helpful. The display of fitness trackers was lacking a display for Garmin. So had to go look somewhere else. Store clean. Checkout was quick."
