"My 2 children attend here my issue is more with policy my children adore their teachers. I arrived 12min late and was greeted by staff at the door to be told there was no room. How was there no room when I paid $150 to guarantee my child’s spot at daycare for the summer and I paid 2 weeks advance for the FULL week I called corporate and they told me the $150 guarantees the child spot but if other kids who didn’t get in summer camp come they can get the spot which causes them to be full which makes absolutely not a lick of sense if the $150 guarantees the spot and this is coming from someone who has worked at 2 daycares so I do know about cut off etc but there is no grace or compassion for the parents here at La Petite if you are running a little late and don’t call. I had a lot going on this morning and I had a lot to do today so this was very exhausting and upsetting to have to deal with this and specially for a service you paid for but don’t get due to being a tad bit late this is just unheard as a former daycare worker myself and very inconveniencing to deal with as a parent policy needs to be changed"
"My son went there 2 days, my money was stolen never given back! After Phayon said she would cash app it back very unprofessional. No paperwork was ever given. The teacher Sonya said that she couldn’t keep my child and suggested that I get one on one for him. I have been getting the run around about my money for months now. I will be contacting the board. This is ridiculous now they are stealing money from my sister whose child attends there."
"There's no communication unless it's to recieve a payment. The staff isnt knowledgeable and the girl at the front desk is always to busy on her phone. My son's two year old class had COVID at least 2 times a month. No hand sanitizer available. The only thing good about this place was the cameras... Took my son out Friday and will be looking for care elsewhere"
"Enrolled my girls in this school and got the run around with the so called director. I explained my daughter was autistic and they finally gave me the paperwork I needed only for me to have to keep calling up there and find out that the spot that was being held for my girls was no longer available.... That's just one of the many problems with them...And you cant report them because the regional manager was no help either. I guess when the state comes in they will get it together."
