"Eddie was so nice and extremely helpful because my sister’s recliner quit working and she got us a new remote control on the chair which worked perfectly. My sister also brought a new recliner from Eddie that fit her style and her pocket book. I recommend Babcock and Eddie for all your furniture needs!"
"I purchased a table set for 1,100 and odd dollars 11/7/23 which came in supposedly 11/14/23 which none called to tell me my item was there I had to call after work 5pm to get that information so 11/15 I goes in the rain to pick up my set’excited thinking my family will have the table I chose by thanksgiving then my delivery guy gets the set home and by 10 he was done with the set up I notice it’s the wrong set,Now im upset after work so I called Badcock 1st thing 11/16/23 to simply tell them off the mistake they made and to swap my items out evenly and deliver +set up since I now would have to wait’ another week and pay people all over because it’s their fault for not verifying my item before I left the store’however they wanted me to still pay $100 towards delivery when they didn’t follow protocol. So now I have to pay someone else to take wrong set taken back and wait for a refund of over 1100 back in 3-5 days because a selfish company wouldn’t waive$199 for delivery $99 for my trouble like you need it more than me. Zero stars"
"Store Manager (Erika) was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. At the end she even gave the sale credit to one of her employees. Next time I need furniture this will be my first stop just because of this experience."
"I have bought several things from badcock over the years and this is the first time I tried to return something! Is it normal to only give 24 hours to return a product, you need more then a day to see if it's a good fit for your family, I called and told the lady Kayla at the montgomery store that it's a default and it's an accident waiting to happen and she said there was nothing they could do! My recliner is even completely paid for and now I have to suffer. There's stuff is way overpriced too, for them not to give you a decent amount of time to return something. I will never buy from yall again! Yall also have the worst customer service! I beleive in carma! Pissed customer!"
