"Other than not having enough cashiers and merchandise not being put back in its place properly, the store has great merchandise. The clerks that are there are very helpful, courteous, cheerful. The store just needs more employees to take care of the merchandise that is out of place."

"Belk apparently is habitual with baiting shoppers to come in their stores with hoax coupons. Offer 50% off for veterans on their web app, but once at register coupon wasn't the Belk system. Many customers standing there to checkout too was showing employee and shouting it's in Belk app, you all do this more often with us, One said why do we even trust Belk. I don't because their CEO us aware of this, but to use veterans for their profits should be illegal. My message don't shop at BELK"
"Went for a last minute school clothes run. The selection was great and the staff is always helpful. I do wish the big and tall section had more choices like they did before the remodeling/rearranging took place."
