"This location is complete garbage. Wish I could give 0 stars. I will only be ordering from online from now on. This store is cluttered, everything is a mess like they do not tidy anything and make sure sizes are even in right spots and everyone in there was having do their job for them. the dressing rooms first off they are trashed and can’t even really get to them because they have carts blocked most of them and boxes all over the floor. Someone could get potentially hurt. The dressing rooms are for CHILDREN they do NOT latch OR lock!! This I feel like could potentially put a child in danger, not all parents are going to go in there with their child or stand at the door. I did not feel comfortable as a mother even entering them with her and holding the door shut I should not have to feel like that entering a store dressing room the staff is rude, and don’t seem to know basic customer service skills, they don’t greet you or offer any assistance. the pants do NOT run true to size and I called to ask if I could return what I purchased today (my daughter could not try them on due to dressing room disaster) and the employee hung up on me….. sheesh…… RUDE!"

"By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a children’s place location. Went to return some items I ordered online and was in there for 30 plus minutes and got nothing resolved. System kept shutting down mid transaction, employees don’t know what they’re doing, was told I had to call customer service because it wasn’t letting me return both my items, it was ridiculous! Long lines, slow service, clothes everywhere! Won’t ever step foot back up in there, I got my clothes and left. Mailing them back would be quicker than going to the store!!"

"I wish i could put ZERO stars. The person who answered the phone is claiming they’re “swamped” with online orders & they have absolutely NO estimated time for when an order will be ready that was shipped to the store. CS informed me that they received my order almost a week ago & they have not even scanned it in to show that they received it. The woman who answered the store phone was extremely rude & unprofessional. Also, she hung up in my face when I was asking how many more days it would be before my order was ready for pick up. She claimed it could just be “any day”. I placed this order 2 weeks ago & I need these uniforms in time for school to start. I’ll NEVER do store pick up again! It’s pointless. I would rather have it shipped to my home."
