"We checked in around 3;00 pm. Right after we signed the paperwork, we were told the water was off for "a few minutes" due to maintenance. We left to do some sight seeing and returned around 5;30 pm, still no water. When we asked when it would be turned on, they said they didn't know, maybe around 8:00 pm. We decided to leave. They said they'd reimburse us, but they never did. I understand stuff happens, but these people were purposely deceptive. We left and stayed at the Hampton downtown, a much better plan. My advice...don't stay here!"

"Recently stayed at Key West Inn on a visit to Fairhope. We were met at the front desk by very friendly and attentive staff who made the check in process smooth and pleasant. When we got to our room we found a nice spacious room that was extremely clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast was quite good, grounds were clean, pool was very nice and all of the staff were very friendly and engaging. Overall a most pleasant experience and we will definitely stay again on our next trip to Fairhope. Thank you for the great service and excellent accomodations."

The price for these rooms was very reasonable and we can honestly say we got more than we expected for our money. We will definitely make this our go to spot whenever we are vacationing here in Alabama. Kudos to the owners of this establishment."

"I was skeptical at first because the price of the room was so low (we all know the rule, you get what you pay for), but I was pleasantly surprised. The lady at the front desk allowed me to check in way ahead of time & she was as sweet as could be; upon entry to the room I noticed right away how clean it was, and believe me, I check everything! The king size bed was very comfortable and also clean, even the top comforter. Although I didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, I must say the entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Whoever owns this place has done an exceptional job making sure the staff, room and grounds are all great at an amazing price. We'll definitely be back"
