"I transitioned my 2 kids to this pediatric office after my health insurance changed. They were both seen by Dr. Burns and it was discussed that my oldest son was on anxiety medications. When I called to get a refill, she says that “though we did discuss him being on these medications she did not agree to continue prescribing them and he should see a psychiatrist”. Which is all fine HOWEVER she didn’t think I needed to know this during the visit in which we discussed him being on these medications and her being his primary care doctor. Totally unprofessional and leaves my child in limbo for medications that CANNOT be abruptly discontinued."
"My wife brought our son here for his vaccines at 1 yr old. They asked if she also wanted to give him a flu shot, and she said no. Well they gave it to him anyway, and even though it's just a flu shot, the point is they can't be trusted."
"Very positive experience. Dr. Fitzharris has been a wonderful pediatrician for our three kids. Stayed an hour after hours to make sure our son was okay. Front office ladies are so nice and accommodating. Nurses are great with kids. Highly recommend!"
"Had a horrible experience with the doctors and staff. My son was always throwing up always screaming in pain, and the doctor is always pushed it off as he was colic. I had to find a G.I. doctor and beg for recommendation from here so he could go comes to find out he was highly allergic to milk and soy. He was not colic."
