"Walked in to an empty waiting room and a friendly receptionist. I spent more time chatting with her than I did waiting. Almost as soon as I sat down they had brought me back for vitals and put me in a room. The nurse practitioner came right in and took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable and heard. Showed empathy and was respectful. All around great experience. I was in and out in 20 mins."

"I loved that I walked in to an empty waiting room(there were patients being seen, so not like they were bored, probably a reflection of being efficient). The gal at the front desk was friendly and went the extra step by providing me my insurance information to give the pharmacy if I ended up needing to get medication, love that. I was seen quickly and instead of waiting for more specifics on the type of infection I had, I was given a broad spectrum antibiotic to help me start feeling better. A friend from another state is going through the same thing as myself and she has to suffer with an infection until final lab results come back next week. So, yes, I am very happy with the care I was given."

"I had an awful reaction to new skincare. I woke up with red welts and hives all over my swollen face. I was called back within 10 minutes of my arrival. The nurse quickly got me checked out and in a room, and I didn't wait long at all to see the Physician's Assistant. I can't remember his name, but he was very concerned about my condition and my pain. I got a steroid injection for immediate relief and a round of steroids to take at home. My entire visit from start to finish was about an hour, give or take 10 minutes. Everyone, from the front desk to the doctor, was very compassionate and knowledgeable. I felt 100% better by the next day. I have visited the office 5-6 times in the past with the same positive outcome each time."
