Wendy's

"Ordered 2 of their New Breakfast Buritto on 2/19/24 had to park it. Why I don't know, we were the only car in line. Once we received our food, opened it as we drove away, and it was COLD. Nothing warm. Could not eat. Called the lady laughed an said give me your name an I will give you a credit when you come back. Not going back. Seems like all the Fast Food places in Fairhope are not that great."

"This is pertaining to the one in fairhope. Horrible. Dining room tables, floors filthy. Food/ paper all over floor and counters nasty. Ketchup stains etc.. Homeless people hanging inside and outside the place. Ladies bathroom commode in one stall full on tissue and feecees. Bathroom just filthy. Worker came straight from outside pulling up his pants , put on gloves and did not wash his hands. Nasty. I had to send my order back twice because they kept getting it wrong.I ended throwing it away thinking about that nasty bathroom. A waste ofy money. Best thing about the place was the cashier, Tracy or Teresa??. She was professional and kind. I spent a day and half trying to reach a district manager. All Wendy numbers listed on Google not working or no answer or something else. Wendy's I like the 6 dollar bags and that's the only reason I come but y'all got to do better."

"Shout out to Destiny. We had just left the ER and were starving. My mom had taken a fall and her whole face is bruised. Destiny was so sweet and friendly. She asked my Mom if there was anything else she could do. Mom asked for crackers and she grabbed some and gave them to her right away. Her attitude and beautiful smile were exactly what we needed after a long day."

"Not sure what went wrong. They were way too overwhelmed. They were sending everyone from the drive thru into the building to order. I had made a mobile order ahead of time. No problem. I waited in the car while boyfriend went inside. Waited at least a half hour to 40 minutes for the order. He relayed that it didn't seem like anyone there knew what was going on. To be that busy, the car parked next to us were two employees on a special "smoke" break for quite a while when they could have helped the overflow of customers. Fries were luke warm... bacon burnt. Probably best to visit a different wendys next time."

"I am sadly sitting here with my child husband and mother in law. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. It was wrong. 10 minutes for the food we walked the whole restaurant looking for a clean table....there wasn't one. Luckily I had Antibacterial wipes and wiped our table down along with the high chair. the floor is filthy. As we sat here many people who went through drive thru had to come back in due to mistakes. Go somewhere else. This place nasty"
