"Employees always seem to be unhappy but that’s not the reason for 2 stars. They really need a sign telling people you must pay for your balloons before they inflate them. Based upon there being a cash register right in the middle of the ballon area you would think you could do it all right there!! Had to wait in line twice before getting rung up. A simple sign would fix that!! Thanks"

"Only giving one star because you have to give it for reviews. I don’t know if the employees at this location need to be paid more but they’re rude every single time I’ve visited. Nobody knows where anything is, they don’t help you, you literally walk around aimlessly until you bump into an employee. This last time I finally found what I was looking for after multiple employees said “we don’t have it” but after the experience I had, I didn’t even want to spend my money with them. If you have to travel to a different one than this due to distance please just plan to do so and don’t waste your time or money here."

"What has happened to Party City? Isn't it supposed to be a party store? Why can't you walk in and buy 5 balloons with out waiting for 45 minutes? This is the 2nd time I have come to this store, and had a VERY rude employee tell me I would need to wait 30 to 40 minutes to have my balloons blown up because they had to fill their on line orders. Really, you can take 2 minute to blow my balloons up? I don't like to order them in advance because they are blown up 2 days ahead of time and half of the balloons are deflated. DO BETTER PARTY CITY!"

"The items I purchased were great, but we did have some issues. First, my credit/debit card was double charged. I called and they did explain how their system works and it was fixed, but it shouldn't work that way. Basically, helium balloons have to be charged separately. Either way, they need to make some serious changes to their website. The main issue is the search feature. It does not work well at all. The other issue was with the helium balloons I bought. I didn't see how to note I wanted weights for the helium balloons so I called about it. Unfortunately, when my daughter picked up the items curbside, which did work well, there were no weights on the helium balloons. Part of it is my fault because I should have told my daughter to check the order more carefully. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to get over there before the ambulance gets here with my son, who's been in the hospital for two months! Plus, I'm handicap and no longer drive so I don't see how I'm going to get that taken care of before he gets home. I am happy with the products I bought, I just wish I had not had so many issues. I spent $56 on 18 balloons (2 helium and 16 13-inch letter balloons). You would think for that much money I could have received two weights for the helium balloons and the letter balloons could have been filled with air."

"They only had one animated Halloween decoration. That was a little disappointing. But, I do love the decor there! I'm a huge fan of Halloween! The girl who helped us was super sweet! I think her name was Maia. I recommend checking it out if you enjoy decorating for the holiday."
