"Honestly, this place is amazing and these people are just as amazing. I lived in Fishers growing up but moved to Michigan. My mom is still in the area and my brother is on the south side of Indianapolis. I was looking to buy a traeger smoker and everybody is the Fishers/Indianapolis area could not get them until after Christmas (I needed it for Christmas as a gift for my brother). I called this place to see if they had any and they said that they did. I tried to reserve one as I was coming into town that weekend to buy one. They not only took care of me over the phone but offered to deliver it for me as well! Jeff and Rene were so nice in helping me take care of it over the phone and even scanned me a receipt and order list as confirmation. Customer service is pretty much dead everywhere else but it’s great to see these people still care about making a difference in someone’s buying experiences. Everyone I come home I will be stopping to buy something from this place"
"Great customer service. Many positive experiences but my most recent one stuck out to me. I brought in a lock that had broken and Bert spent over an hour fixing it. It was tedious and he was happy to help. Didn’t charge me anything."
