Brady came to our home , listened to our concerns, what we did and didn’t like about our current “well used” system, checked out not just the system but our ductwork and it’s layout and use. He spent time making a solid evaluation that led to further questions and improvements he then summarized and showed in the quote he sent us the next day. $$ wise Homesense was literally within a few dollars of 3 other bids with a solution that will give us energy efficiency and proper heat/cooling distribution superior to our other proposals. "Very pleased with the service of Homesense Heating and Cooling. I had to replace my furnace when the temperatures went under zero... Homesense were very responsive and I liked the price of the Dekan system they installed. They also installed a humidifier and we are happy with the performance so far. When we had problems, they were very responsive and fair, which I appreciated greatly. Of course the real test is in the long run and we are 2 years into it since the instalment of our furnace. So far so good. They've been here yesterday to service the furnace and I've scheduled the maintanance for spring and winter ahead of time. I also appreciated how nice and professional everyone involved were. Just like any relationship, I hope they will keep being as nice as in this honeymoon. "Ben and his team from Homesense installed a new A/C at my house yesterday, and they were great. On time, efficient, knowledgeable and answered my (often stupid) questions with professionalism. "Our AC recently went out so we called a well-known organization to come out. They attributed the problem to a faulty wire which connected our AC condenser to our house. The wire itself was 6 inches long. They gave us 2 pricing options to replace this wire; 1) $200 upfront plus an $18 month maintenance package or 2) $300 upfront with no maintenance plan. I'm no expert but this didn't add up. I felt like I was being forced to buy something I didn't even need. So I decided to get a second opinion. I found Homesense through their reviews and called for an appointment. They were able to send out a technician (Darren) within 24 hours. Darren arrived and I explained the situation. He performed a thorough test of our system and instead found the root cause of the problem which was not the wire but in-fact a faulty connection of wiring. He fixed this in a matter of minutes and didn't charge us any additional fees beyond the service visit charge. We were so impressed with Darren's professionalism, explaining the problem and other aspects of the system that we decided to purchase a maintenance program which was much more affordable than the previous competitor. Whenever we have future heating and cooling problems, we will definitely be calling Homesense. Highly recommend!"
