"I’d give this store a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the regular delays in grocery pickup. There needs to be a better system in place to have orders ready in the time that you reserved. While I know this is a convenience service that is offered if you’re going to have set time slots then that’s when order should be ready. I’ve waited over an hour past the time my order was supposed to be ready multiple times. The inside of the store is clean, has a good variety of products and I love the smaller style of store versus the larger Walmart."

"Every time I come here, the lines are to the back of the store, while multiple staff members stand at the front, doing nothing. When you ask for help, management is rude. Stop expecting us to stand in line for 45 minutes, to end up having to scan our own groceries, after working 8-12 hours. That’s your job, so put people on the registers. At this point, I only come here for emergencies. It would be faster to drive to Kroger, so I’m done shopping here."

"This Walmart needs to start hiring more professional people cause you can’t accuse me of stealing a case of soda, this lady came to us saying show me your receipt cause I don’t see your scanning this and we did she has done this multiple times to us, we are business owners serious people we don’t have time for this bull, the lady is a lady from India very disrespectful and unprofessional we’re really debating if we really wanna keep coming to this Walmart"

"I was charged for items that were not fulfilled because they were out of stock. This was order pick up. I noticed when I got home and called the store but the girl said they couldn't see the order anymore since it was picked up and to call 1-800-walmart. Seemed weird, but okay... So I did and explained the issue and the guy said he would have to contact billing and they would email me in a few days to fix this issue. They did not email me. They charged me for food they didn't give me and no one bothered to fix it. I no longer trust Walmart with my order pick up. It's frustrating to feel like you have to do it yourself because if you don't then you could lose money. I hope I can find a competitor around here that I can trust. And this is a local issue because my experience with Walmart pick ups in other states I've lived has been great."

"I was in your store this morning. Only self check registers were open. I overlooked a container of eggs. The woman who was supervising the self check register pushed her way around my cart grabbing my receipt. I didn’t think it was worth the hassle of requesting it and proceeded out of the store. I was almost to my car when she comes yelling that I hadn’t paid for my eggs. I returned to the store and proceeded to pay for my eggs. I apologized several times for my oversight! She did not even acknowledge my apology and then she unpacked all my groceries checking them against the receipt that she so rudely grabbed! When I was paying for the eggs she continued to treat me very rudely. At this point in time I don’t care if I ever walk into your store again! If I was going to purposely steal from your store it wouldn’t be a five dollar item! I have also tried to call and discuss this matter with a store manager.. its amazing you don’t need managerial support in your store! We do a good deal of business in your store and I have never been treated so disrespectfully! As I began this review I don’t know that I will be back! Your service managers need to better trained!"
