"I didn’t go in to the store, but went to the drop off door for donations. This is the first time I’ve actually dropped anything off, as the last time I went here I didn’t even end up dropping anything off as a 15x15 area was piled with donations behind the building—during hours. This time while there were bins for stuff, they again overflowed. I piled what would be thousands of dollars of items retail on the other boxes and bags, feeling like my donation was worthless. There’s something wrong here, and I feel like my donation isn’t really doing any good. Next time, even though I’m not a church person I’m going to give to grace thrift so at least my donation can help within the community."

"This location was a breath of fresh air after visiting some of the other locations. The clothes are clearly marked on racks. Everything seems to be fairly organized and the employees were friendly and asked if I needed any help as they were walking the floor. There were many cashiers on and moved the line very quickly. The person checking me out was friendly and asked me if I had a phone number for rewards. Purchases include a pair of pants and several ties. Apparently, this is the location to come too if you need golf clubs!"

"I know my expectations shouldn't be high, but the return policy is absolutely ridiculous. I asked if I could return some clothes if they didn't fit, and an a cd player if it didn't work. I just bought them, kept on the tags, and had the receipt. Went to return some of the clothes and the cd player was sold to us broken. The only way to get my mo ey back with the receipt and the tags on and the item being defective was a gift card! I don't want a gift card. I want my money back. This is ridiculous. Had I known that was thier policy I would have tried on the items there and made them plug in the cd player. I'm very disappointed with this company."

"My brother bought this furniture last night, we told the cashier that we would pick it up today because we didn't bring the pick-up truck, he said that there was no problem, so it turns out that today they sold the furniture again to another person, my question is so that then people take half of the label, they didn't put that it was already sold, what happened here? Because they don't register in their system that something is already sold, we are very angry. How can you sell something that is already sold? Give courses to your employees so they don't make these mistakes again"
