Hilton Garden Inn Mobile Downtown

"As a Mobile native, I have passed the hotel several times but this was our first time staying for Mardi Gras. This hotel is top notch! The location is unbeatable, the service is top notch, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Really can’t say enough great things! The staff definitely contribute to the lovely experience. Sheri at the front desk deserves a gold medal for how helpful, kind and friendly she is. Highly recommend!"

"Truly an outstanding experience. After what was arguably the most difficult day of our lives, my husband and I booked quickly while driving, for one night, just passing through Mobile. As soon as we entered the beautiful lobby, we were greeted by the smiling Vickie, who quickly checked us in and chatted briefly about the upcoming Mardi Gras season. As we walked back to our car to get our bags, I realized I was in tears. As I explained to my husband, I just so desperately needed a moment of peaceful pleasantness. Vickie's charming, helpful persona made me feel like a nice, normal human being for the first time on a truly terrible day. Then we went up to a sparkling clean room, had a delicious cheeseburger from the hotel restaurant and got some desperately needed rest. At breakfast we had an equally delicious omelet and were on our way. This hotel demonstrates the power of hospitality. A thoughtful staff simply doing their jobs well, with kindness and compassion, made my night and turned us into loyal customers. We'll never stay anywhere else when we're in Mobile. This Hilton Garden Inn is a credit to Mobile and the entire hospitality industry. Thank you."

"Very pleasant experience at this hotel. In town for three days and was pleased with every aspect of this hotel. Extremely clean and modern, the hotel staff was exceptional and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of several good restaurants. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and very well maintained. They have a very nice indoor gym and restaurant along with gated, secure parking for your vehicles. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone traveling that needs a place to stay in this area!"

"We stayed here overnight before going to the Mobile cruise port. The location is perfect, right in the middle of historic downtown Mobile and everything is walkable. The staff was very friendly and gave us tips on where to go downtown. The room was clean and had all of the essentials. We sat on the patio area outside of the restaurant area and people-watched. You do have to pay for parking which might be my only complaint, but otherwise it was a great stay."

"I come to Mobile occasionally for business and I have stayed at various places including this hotel, but I won't stay anywhere else from now on. The check in staff was friendly and helpful, parking was safe, the bartender was excellent and professional, I had the special on the menu and it was fantastic. The room was clean and had everything I needed including sufficient WiFi. I don't like staying away from home, but thanks for making my travels a little easier and comfortable!"
