"Tom is the manager the other employee was a female. My problem was with a bedframe it broke less then a year after. I called store Tom was not there female employee told me was an Amazon basic frame. I spoke to Tom day later he did not tell me anything different I filed a bbb complaint and bought a frame. resolution I wanted was cash back off 400 they charged me for a frame. The dm a week later informed ne it was Ashley frame. Meaning local store lied to me what I asked for was 120 that new frame cost leaving them 280. I was informed all I could get was new frame or nothing. Long story short they claimed to have put my frame back together to claim not broke. Problem I threw middle legs away. So someone was lying Fast forward I needed a 55 inch tv do to that lye I was banned from store"
