"This is the worst place to get anything. The delivery guys are not careful at all. They ripped my couch and and broke the back where it's supposed to latch in. It's been almost 4 months and they have yet to do anything to fix it. The manager seems like she can't be bothered to return a call or try to help get the issue resolved. We had planned on going back for more stuff but will never return to this place again!! Customer service is not there main priority, money is!! This comment is 3 months old now . And still nothing done . The stitches now have ran up the couch. They lied to me and even told me they had the parts but still nothing done not even a phone call . Please if you value the stuff we all work hard for then please don't go here. I hope they work hard for something and get treated the same way they are treating me . I was hoping to get on here and give them a better comment but only silence. UPDATE AS OF 6-4-2023. NO ONE EVER HELPED ME CALLED ME OR FIXED ANYTHING !!! PEOPLE SHOULD NEVER BYE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! This is a 4 year old review bye the way"

"Decent furniture at ok prices. Picked up a lift chair for my friend's mom, and we had it and loaded in the truck in all of 10 mins. Love that new furniture smell"

"Visited this place a couple of times looking for some chairs and a sideboard/ buffet table, 1st time was Summer of 2022 and last week, Jan/2023. Both times I visited, their prices are still the same! SAME discounts being offered in big bold red letters and numbers! I have been comparing prices online and Amazon and overstock have the same items/same designer CHEAPER ! So shop around! Don't trust their "discounted" "SALE" price.."

"I'm really glad I went in and checked out what they have in stock. I found a sectional I love at another store but it could take 8-12 weeks before I can get it. All 3 of the pieces of furniture I like here they have in stock and they will deliver and set it up for you for an extra $89.00. The lady I spoke with was really nice and had no problem checking to see if they had all 3 in stock. The prices are really good and actually 2 of the pieces I liked were a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the other store."

"Everytime I come in here, I find more than what I'm looking for. They have great quality furniture for a reasonable price. We were looking for a coffee table with storage and it was cheaper at the store than online by $50. I've bought a couch from here as well about 5 years ago and it is still in good condition. This is the best place for nice furniture and they also do ACEMA..although we could pay it same day, we went ahead an got an acema loan and that boosts your credit."
