"I walked in the front door, never having been in the business. Was impressed with the way it looked. However, I had not got 10 feet inside the door and a guy behind a desk at the far end of the room. Ask him if I was looking for parts. I held up in the cord that I was wanting to get replaced That had been chewed up by his puppy and told him yes I was looking for something like that. He told me don’t handle them, that was it didn’t offer to give me any suggestions of where to go, I wasn’t very nice, I’ll never be back. I was impressed when I walked in and out when I walked out."

"Weston's had been recommended to me by a friend, she has a Speed Queen prior to 2017, so that's what I planned on buying. Ron explained to me the problems with Speed Queen and their warranty service, and that they don't even put them in their showroom any longer. They do not want to sell something with problems. He directed me to a GE that has an agitator and 5 year manufacturer warranty. That's what I got. I went on a Wednesday, Jason delivered Friday morning. He did an excellent job of setting up and explaining things. I appreciate the patience and time they both took with me."

"I’ve over all had a great experience with weston’s. I ordered a washer and dryer from them and they were able to get it here and installed in under a week. Apparently some wiring was backwards in my outlet which caused the dryer to not function properly. When i reached out to weston’s they were on sight within a hour making a game plan. The tech who was the final guy to come out even switched around the wiring in dryer so it would match the outlet and save me money on hiring an electrician. Overall an amazing team and they 1000% have my stamp of approval."

"We purchased an entire set of new kitchen appliances in September. The sale was great and so was the installation. But after the sale the customer service has been terrible. They delivered a Frigidaire refrigerator with a broken part. We contacted Bryan about the part. He said he would look into ordering us a new one. The part that was broken was taped in. So it was definitely shipped that way. After several weeks with no response I contacted Bryan again. Still no update. Next call I spoke with Jerry who said he was going to place an order for the part. Still no response and we had to call back a few weeks later. And we had to call them repeatedly over the next several weeks with updates. Then Jerry called and said he might have a replacement from another refrigerator they had in stock. I asked if he could send me a picture of it. He said no he couldn’t do that. I said are you kidding and he said no. So we had to drive all the way back to the store and the one they had was not what we needed. Very frustrated with the lack of customer service, keeping us updated on the status of the part. And they couldn’t take a picture of what they had and send it to us? Seriously!!!. Once again another company only concerned about the sale and not about following up with their customer to see how satisfied they are with their purchases. I give them a C….."

"I needed to get a kitchen full of appliances and Weston's did a great job helping me out. Staff at the showroom helped me pick out new appliances that fit in my kitchen and had features I needed (and explained new features and benefits that I was not aware of). The install team was quick, clean and respectful of my home and new appliances. I'd definitely go back for any future needs and would recommend Weston's to anyone seeking new appliances."
