"The delivery and installation guys, one of which being rick, were absolutely amazing. my apartment had an issue with turning on the hot water for the washer and they went above and beyond to be sure that the washer could run it. I was also told that the owner is the one who you want to talk to there as he is the best person. The 2 ladies i talked to were rude, condescending, and absolutely horrible. I told one that all i wanted was something even if it was telling me they don't know when they said they would call me back shortly. instead i had to call back 2 HOURS LATER only to have to leave a message and leave the first review. I found out from rick that apparantly the ladies moved me to the least important person to be delivered to even when I am in town, while prioritizing OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS, because i called and was persistent in just wanting information ::above will be edit 2 and why i have moved it up from 1 star:: I understand if a delivery person has covid he can't come to work. But what I do not understand is why I have to call constantly to get just a simple timeline for delivery once I do get it scheduled. If I don't receive my order today I'll update and likely request compensation. This is bad business ::edit below:: I got a call back and they told the delivery guy it had to be delivered NOW because I left a bad review. I was at the bottom of the list and was supposed to get delivered on TUESDAY according to the guy if they hadn't moved me"

"Called first thing in the morning right after they opened to see if they had a washer part. The man on the phone said they had the part in store I could pick up same day for $100. The same part is on Amazon for $40 and could have been delivered next day through Amazon. HOWEVER, for convenience purposes I really needed to get the washer fixed ASAP so said I would be there to pick up the part right after work. The gentleman on the phone said great it would be there. All the kids are in sports and right now our schedule is very hectic between work, sports, and end of the school year stuff. About 4:15 pm I get told no they don't have the part in store and they have to order it. The man says he can have it next day as if that makes it better. I waited all day hoping to fix my washer same day like I was told. I was fine to pay the $100 to have this part same day as it is a quick fix. For convenience purposes I felt this made it worth the extra cost. However, I'm sure not gonna ORDER it for $100 through them when I can order it for $40 through Amazon and have it next day through Amazon. It's a rip off. If they didn't have it they should have just said so and that would have been fine. I could have looked elsewhere. Now here it is late and all other appliance parts stores are closed now so back to square one. Wasted time."

"Hoppies saved Christmas for my family. We had an igniter on our oven go out the day before Christmas Eve. I called Hoppies first thing Christmas Eve morning and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely kind, understanding and helpful. He told me if I bring the part in he could match it for me. Amazing service. I will never call someone else for any of my appliance needs❤️"

"Just heard on news that this company is screwing yet another customer! Customer service is non-existent. My family purchased 2 appliances from them in an effort to buy from a local company earlier this year. This was a Huge mistake. Items not delivered as promised and the delivery guys made a huge mess. After 9 phone calls and a visit to the store the second item was delivered. They lied over and over about when it would be delivered and only did so when a lawyer made a call. Glad this elderly man is going to file a lawsuit next week for what they put him through and at Christmas too. Buy from anyone else see but this awful company. Shame on you Hoppies!"
