"I drive past Menards every time I need to go to a hardware store and go to my local Lowes. They always seem to be well stocked with super helpful and often shockingly knowledgeable staff."

I can't believe I shoveled and salted the driveway so they would have safe walk. I was considerate to them and they were inconsiderate of me. Lowes delivery service is a joke. Ha ha!"

"Always loved going to this Lowes especially with my mom they garden center is always full and if you're lucky like us the have a discounted flower section and they always have some amazing plants over there and I've always got my lights there and my fridge! But mostly there for their garden center!"

"Anderson, In. Lowe's replaced ALL cashier's with automated check outs. Waited in line forever while the poor one lone employee struggled to try and get customers through the line while trying to fix the the screw ups automated check outs were making. I have never seen a store that replaced every single cashier with automated check outs. I will never set foot in this store again. I am giving my hard earned money to competitors who still believe in human to human interaction. And they call this progress. Even the lone employee said she hears customers complain about it all day long!"

"My husband and I went today about 1:10 pm. He uses a walker, he got on the jazzy cart, it was running low on the battery and was beeping at us. We took it back up to the front where returns are. He was tired, and we asked the lady in returns if we could check out there. She ignored him, so he asked again. She said, "Check out is over there and pointed. How shameful! We called the manager, and he said we we could check out there. He also said he would speak to her. I hope no one else has been treated this way. We have always had good service from other staff."
