"My grandson's birthday party was held here. The upper "deck" of the mock ship was absolutely filthy. It was obvious that it had never been mopped. I overheard some of the moms complaining about how gross the foam blocks were in the foam pit were. I also was told by a father basically the same thing. There were 2 couches in the party room. One of which would sink almost to the floor when you sat in it. Being handicapped, I had a hard time getting up from it. The other couch was so broken, that the seat cushion had sunk to and was on the floor. I was so not impressed with the placed. Although the parking lot is large, there are only 2 handicap parking places. This place is over rated and over priced. I have to keep telling myself that although the parents weren't impressed, the kids had a good time."

"This place was horrible experience for my granddaughter 3rd birthday party. The white female worker harassed us over $89.00 due to extra kids attending the birthday party that we knew nothing about. So, the female worker ask the on duty Sheriff to come around to our event just in case something occurred. Why? Then the white female worker call her husband that’s a Mobile Police officer to come to her place of employment because you thought something was going to happen. We are not them type of people. We are sick of white people stereotyping black people. My mother ask why all this is necessary and why are you here. He stated that’s my wife and I can be where I want to. Mobile Police Department is a joke and I say this across the board. I have many family members that are apart of the Mobile Police Department and 50 to 60 percent “Do Not “ need to wear a badge. The Mobile County Sheriff that was working and came to our table was very nice and did not throw his wait around at all. He politely said that the worker ask him to come to our table. We weren’t loud or upset about anything. My brother said I will go and pay the 89.00 but when he got to desk the lady said don’t worry about it. My brother came back and said to the party stated what she said. Now, on yesterday Sunday because of a review my sister put up you want to charge 89.00 because the review said something about being racists. You are basically threatening with malicious intent because of someone opinion. That’s what a review is for to let the public know what our experience was at a establishment. I spoke with the owner today and basically he said I can change my mind. Then he says it’s a theft of service! Really, after the worker said don’t worry about and on top of that we waited around another 45 minutes for parents to pickup there kids. If it was still a problem or theft of service do think the officer would have said something. Get Air experience horrible!"

"Party space upstairs was nice, but a bit warm for December. They did provide a box fan. Couch needs to be thrown away asap, but otherwise, my son enjoyed it."

"Good place for kids. We brought 8 present and former foster kids. They had a great time. Many never been only heard of places like this. Lots of staff, to keep things safer. Food is pricey, however feed kids before coming and cold water fountain for them in back of building. Have to have socks with none slip surface or can purchase at desk."
