"This KFC is staffed entirely by teenagers with 0 customer service skills. It doesn't matter if you sit through a 30+ minute wait in the drive thru without complaining, because you're going to get berated either way. In particular, there's a girl working the drive thru window that regularly mocks and insults customers for having the absolute GALL to... come to KFC, I guess? I'm beyond sympathetic to food service workers especially after these past few years, and I always anticipate having to wait due to staffing issues, but there's no excuse for this behavior."
"Don't know about the food, never got it !! I placed an order on line, scheduled it for 30 minutes away, got there to pick it up and was told it would be another 40 minutes. After my daughter was ignored several times she was told she has to wait, Rachel, the manager was very rude to her, I know this because I was on the phone with my daughter while she was in the restaurant. My daughter asked for a refund and she was told, again very rudely, that she didn't have anything to do with that and I would have be done on the app. Who takes 70 minutes to fry chicken? But that was extra crispy, if I would take original I could have my order right away!!"
"Waited for our order to be done. Asked if we wanted to wait 10 mins for our biscuits to be done or exchange for Mac and cheese. About 20 mins down the road, we opened the bags of food. Guess what? No Mac and Cheese."
"Paid $15 for chicken tender box. KFC, what is this? It was 90% breading, 5% fat chunks, and 5% ‘meat.’ The rest of the ‘tenders’ barely had meat and were about the size of a couple of my fingers. Also the fries were dumped all over the place. At least they finally had Mac and cheese though."
