"Honestly the food is pretty average, and I saw someone drop dough on the ground. (Couldn't see them throw it away or not) but when I went in last week this sweet pregnant girl that I talked was super chatty and over all super friendly. Then I got my pizza from this long haired boy and he was just as nice. Amazing workers"

"Terrible customer service. Had a pickup and went to the drive-thru. I sat there and knocked on the window for quite a few minutes and nobody even acknowledged that I was there. Another customer couldn't get the front door open and nobody came to help. They claimed they didn't hear anyone at the drive-thru and the front door does that sometimes. Will never come here again and wouldn't recommend giving them business."

"Ordered by telephone with a "call center" person, he could take the order but could not get the credit card information correct, so I had to pay delivery in cash. Pizza delivered made wrong, so I called and spoke with local Bedford manager, who was great!! Same delivery driver, who also did a great job delivered a new pizza made to order. Pizza was hot, fresh, and tasty! Call center should be replaced, but local employees provided great service."

"I would have given negative stars if I could. I called in a delivery or just yesterday and never received anything. I paid with a debit card so I was charged for food never received. When I tried to call back I got sent to a call center. Wow!! Finally after calling different times I was told how to contact the store directly.. and guess what? Nothing. I was told there was nothing I could do about it. No refund or even a remake order for me to pick up since delivery clearly doesn't work."

"Usually pretty happy with everything we get from Papa Johns. Tonight, we decided to try the New York style pizza and the spicy pepperoni rolls. My husband loved the rolls, but we both felt that the pizza was not much different than a regular pizza. It didn’t look anything like it did in the pictures, so kind of disappointing. Plus, the garlic sauce that was inside was opened, so it wasn’t even usable."
