"Probably the best place to get a burger in Bedford . Not the best burger I've ever eaten. That's a review for a place in Newport Kentucky. But I do like to visit here. The dining room is good and clean, as we're the restrooms. I like the hand dryers they have. And it was a nice place to have a poop after I have my lunch."
"It had been a few years since I had been to a Steak and Shake. I have to say we probably won't ever be back. I'm sure the staff may have been wonderful but I will never know since you are expected to order your own food at a kiosk, then they call your number and you have to retrieve it at the counter. This has taken away from the diner-type of experience that Steak and Shake used to have."

"I have been getting chilli cheese dogs from steak n shake for literally 20+ years in Bloomington, and Bedford and this one on 10/6/23 at the Bedford Indiana store was the absolute worst most pathetic one EVER. It is like they said screw you and your money to me. Absolutely unacceptable, bad business."
