McDonald's

"Well, I ate everything which is a good sign lol jk. The food was great, but there wasn't dining room cleaning for the hour I spent here. Pretty much new people eating off tables just used the minutes before. The counter workers look so miserable. Even a door dasher tried to get a quick smile out of the two. Those kinda drag down the "eat here happy" but heyy, it's McDonald's. I don't expect five star quality customer service."

"This is the LAST time I will be dining at this establishment! I ordered a quarter pounder with extra ketchup and ZERO mustard. Instead it came with expired looking mustard. This is unacceptable I am requesting free food anytime I ever come here again. I rate this 126/1102 Lamonds!!"

"How is making every car pull around the building and having an employee walk the orders across the lobby more efficient? Its as if you are going out of your way to make things more difficult, cost more, and frustrate customers. Why do the kiosk never have any paper in them? Why can super busy inner city Indianapolis and New Jersey McDonalds keep paper in their kiosk but you can’t? Why do you allow people to order items and pay for items before telling them the items are unavailable? Why has the right side ice machine not worked for three years?"

"Well first off, it’s McDonald’s, the number one spot for fast food, and it’s absolutely terrible for you so of course the food is delicious. If you’re looking for a “healthy and wholesome” meal, then this is not the place for you. Anyhoo, aside from the deliciousness of the food, the rest of one’s experience at this specific locale will likely be lacking. Imagine creating and opening a restaurant, then filling all the employment positions with high school aged teenagers. Not exactly a formula for success. For a fast food restaurant, the service is exceptionally slow, so corporate should consider losing the “fast” part in their description. Along with the slow service, the cleanliness of the dining area is subpar, with paper napkins and whatnot strewn about the place. This particular McDonald’s does use the app, which allows one to order ahead. Sounds great right? Unless of course the place closes early without warning, due to understaffing or some other issue (remember the teenaged employees?), and you’re unable to pick up your order. This has happened to me a couple of times. Another issue is that the menu on the app isn’t updated ‘real-time’, which means that one could order a certain item, and go to the curbside to pickup the order, only to find that the item is out of stock. What’s their remedy for this, you may ask? Well they don’t have any remedy. They can’t (or won’t) refund your money, and the chances of getting them to do a substitute are extremely slim. So all in all, the food is great, when it’s available, but that’s about the only great thing about this place."

"It's a McDonald's. If my kids didn't love it I'd never go there. Lately the drive thru has been horribly backed up. Spent about 45-50 mins in line last week only to get home and realize two of my kids meals were missing. Again though, it's a McDonald's. Patty in drive thru is literally the best thing about it."
