"I’ve had very good luck with this place in the past but today I ordered a Memphian with No ham, add onions and it came with all meat, cheese and onions, hardly any sauce, no lettuce and tomato even though I didn’t ask for it to be removed. The meat was dry with the roast beef somewhat undercooked"
"Food is great if you have all day to wait on it. Somehow they think waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich during lunch is normal. I guess it is if the only people that go there for lunch also don't have jobs with any expectations of things to be delivered in a timely manner. For the rest of us this place should probably be avoided or saved for your days off I guess."
"This place gets worse and worse every time I eat here. I unfortunately do not get to leave my work place for lunch so I had mine delivered. My sandwich is dry and my meat is burnt. The spud feels hard and soft at the same time. I don’t know how you even do that. It’s like the spud was two days old and they warmed it up. I have tried this place multiple times as I have coworkers who like it. Never again. I’m done with this place. Don’t eat here just go to subway if you want a turkey sandwich."
"Seriously? 1pm. Tuesday. Two staff members standing around and NOT one place to sit. The order counter caked in soda and the bottom of my cup sticky. Yay. Takes less than a minute to to wipe up between orders. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in hours. Then there’s the issue of the dining area. You’re charging 16 bucks for a BLT combo (with a tip). And then expect me to eat at a dining area that I have to hunt for a clean corner of the least messy table. There’s exactly 3 parties of customers in the restaurant ATM. I blame management for this lack of service. It’s not a huge request for anyone to go above and beyond to dine in a semi clean environment. Is it? Just basic service. That’s all I expect. Hey manager, how about you clean it yourself? There’s an idea. I’m not asking you to scrub the floors. Bus a table or two. Wipe. Done. Even the tables that had no dirty plates were covered in food. Some customers In Bedford don’t care about this; but some of us do."
